i have fitted a bailey piston dump valve to my mini, the problem is that it stays open for ages and does not shut till i am on full boost. so i cannot cruise properly. |

Or get a 5/8 unf bolt, drill it through then solder a piece of 1/4" OD tube into it |

Because your taking from the brake servo and using a piston dump valve your getting to much fuel contamination which is not good for the seals and the piston sticks. Get a diaphragm type they don't suffer from fuel so much.

You can get special seals for them that dont swell with fuel contamination, someone did post the name of them a little while back but i cant remember who???? -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |
