T2, Plenum etc. turbo conversion: What have you got?

Hello all, after runing into some trouble with a NA 1098 build I have decided to go with forced induction. With suitable superchargers being almost impossible to find over here I want to go down the T2 route.
Heres what I need:
Turbo HIF44 carb
Plenum
T2 turbo
Required turbo fittings (oil and water connections where necessary)
Actuator
Mirage manifold (although I accept I'll probably have to buy one new)
I'm sure I'm missing some stuff aswell

Is this worth getting? I' still unsure as to wheater or not the T2 is too big. Bearing in mind that I want low boost (~7psi) as low down as possible, would I be better getting a GT15?

EDIT: I managed to get a carb and some other stuff off ebay. I now only need a turbo. Although I'll have to decide between T2 and GT15 first

I'm starting to lean towards the GT15 alright. I'll start trying to find what cars they came from and get searching. I managed to get a turbo HIF44, plenum, pressure reg and pump on ebay today so just the turbo left to get
