I have taken the flywheel off my problem motor to find that the plunger rod has welded itself with the thrust washer to the diaphragm, has anyone seen this before?

you can bet you have a standard diaphram, i would upgrade this to a grey cover since you have it out, around £34 from minspares.

Oh cool, I was hoping it wasn't a standard one, just need to get the rest of the bits to repair it nnow.
