Try this...

Its not an MJ map, but you've only got to type the numbers in the boxes.
I'm running this map currently, but you do so at your own risk ....

what cam?
o.o.bin at 15 degrees
i just put in about 20 isch degrees at under 2000. about 29-31 degrees all in by 3K.
