you can try joining the wires on the flasher unit to see if that is the problem or not. On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

When I had this problem, I cured it by replacing the fuse box.

tis a new fuse box already. Someone has suggested the hazard switch might be knackered causing the probelm. |

Replace various components with wire one by one until the lights come on.

Replace various components with wire one by one until the lights come on. If you bridge the relay out the lights should stay on. Are you getting 12V at the relay for the indicators? Check the connections at the stalk connection also (Power supply to stalk switch and continuity accross switch). relay? wasn't sure that there was one, i thought it was just fused. if there was one and it was not working then surely the hazards would not work |

all fuses have been checked, have checked hazard switch by bridging the top two connectors, the indicators work, so i can only asume the switch is ok.

Have you checked the in-fuses on the bulkhead in the engine bay?

. If your bridge it with wire across the 2 wires the indicators should stay on.
