I am planning on mounting my turbo over the flywheel housing on a 1098. I noticed that this will put the slave in close proximity to the exhaust side of the turbo… Has anyone had heat problems? What are some possible solutions? Or will it be ok? Do they sell a small hydraulic throw out bearing conversion? Pictures of your solutions are always welcome… |

If you completely clean out your old slave, master and clutch line (or replace them) then couldn't you use dot 5 brake fluid? It has a boiling point of something like 500degrees F On 12th Nov, 2009 Paul S said:

on the janspeed ones didnt tthey relocate the slave behind the engine and use a long push rod to actuate the clutch? |
