I had this problem, sometimes it would work then it would just be dead but everything eles still worked, i simply undone the earth lead sprayyed wd40 down the bolt hole then scrubbed it with a wire brush... bolted the earth cable down, jobz a good'n |

hmmm, got the battery connected to the main terminal, the brown and red wire connected to the top spade...
