When plumbing in a swirl pot the feed on the bottom goes to the high pressure pump and the pipe comming out the top is the overflow / return to the fuel tank, but I'm not sure about the other two. One is obviously the high pressure return & the other is the feed from the low pressure pump, but which is which?

If it helps here's a link to the swirl pot in question:

Hi,
I'd go for low pressure feed into the lower one. Don't think it would make much difference tbh.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

just looking at this. i think the give away is that the bottom one is bigger and the jic 8 is labelled outlet.

i'm going for the bottom one to my HP pump, the next one up feed from the LP pump, next one use as the return from the FPR and then the very top one to return overflow back to the tank.

only doing this as for some reason i seem to get fuel starvation when cornering hard. its a pain in the ass! even when the tank has been fairly full.

want to get to cadwell for a track day in december.

I may try with the new pump and modded tank first though.

Hi,
Mod the tank would be the best for neat and tidy, and only one pump.
Swirl pot looks like you mean business though *wink* lol!
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Yes swirl pot is the only way to go with injection - I run a red top pump to feed it and a Chavalier (sp) injection pump. My swirl pot looks like top one
