Here are some pics of my min at my most recent trackday. First one since fitting my supercharger. Any thoughts on how to lose some of my bodyroll?

I think you need to tell us what the spec of the suspension is - looks very soft

I have standard rubbers all round with GMax shox. solid mounted front subframe and poly rear. Adjustable camber radius arms. Tie bars etc are all adjustable with poly bushes. I was going to put some red dot rubbers on but after reading various posts decided not to becuase of the increase in ride height with the rubber being so stiff. Tyres are Yokohama A539's

Here you go,

I found that the Red dot cones arn't that hard, in fact i'd almost say supple, although with 7x13's i guess the suspension has more leaverage against them.

Oh also, I will send your rods back! they slipped my mind. sorry!

Alex what tyres do you recommend? Mini13 Thanks for putting the pics up for me. And no panic with the rods! Been keeping an eye on your project so I know you are busy!
Bat the cop car as you put it is actually a race car that has been sponsored by some healthcare company or other so that would make an ambulance. I had a little nosey round it and think it would certainly get toa hospital in a hurry!

an AR on the back would make a huge difference but I would also say those shocks arnt worth a monkeys get you self a set of AVO the difference is amazing what sort of ride hight are you running have you a pic of it on the straight if you have a limo run an AR on the front as well and you will have a very nice difference

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

What ever shocks you have won't really affect the ultimate body roll. yes they will affect the rate of change of body roll, but the car will roll as much as the 'spring' will let it.

So to improve matters you need stiffer springs or an ARB.

Red dots are the way to go IMO. As you've said, you know you'll need hi-los.

Should be a pic of it on the sraight. I cant remember the exaxct ride height it is as low as I could get it without rubbing. Paul what is a limo (I presume you dont mean the stretched variety) The back and front arches have both been cut away to let it down and I alread have hi lo's Any recommendations of ARB's Cheers guys

The problem stems from the way the mini suspension works. As you lower it the spring rate reduces.

So if you are as low as you say you effectively have softer suspension than standard. The red dots will go someway to compensate, I ended up with yellows on the front plus front and rear ARBs.

I have the MS ARBs but these are not any use for a road car. They are hard enough to maintain when I only travel a few moiles per event.

Limo = LSD = Limited Slip Diff (won't help the roll)

The reason I ask have you got a Limo is because when you fit a Front AR it has the tendancy to remove nearly all the presure from the wheel on the high side of the roll if you have a STD or Cross pin diff you will find that you will spinn the front wheel on the high side and lose drive, no a pleasant experence.

Sorry, I totally understood why you mentioned it, was just clarifing what direct influance it has on roll.
