been searching for hours to find the best and cheapest company to meet my engine rquirements now i need you guys opinions on whos best!!!

morspeed 1293 built challenge short engine for $1400

avonbar 1293 self build turbo kit for $1730

both engine once setup will give same performance just wondering who is best known for machining quality etc etc

If you go morspeed you will wait for 12 months to get it. My opinion, you should source the bits yourself and get the machining done by a local firm then build it yourself. Or, one of the guys on here could help you out, not sure if Steve (Benross) does full engines?

i havent the time to do a full engine but

MED do a bottom end kit around the £1k mark. Can't coment on the quality personally but you could have a look.

Check the price for a 1293 kit from Minispeed. Check the spec of the parts and then try putting a price on doing it all yourself, I never got close!

Easy way to find out, go a price up the parts as he suggests
