Ive been looking at different bike clocks, and have found a few variations from the same model bike. Any idea what the differences are? In the second picture it looks like it has a shift light on top but not too sure? The second picture also doesn't look like it has any symbols for the lights on the right, are these for indicators, main beam, ignition etc...

Can anyone shed some light on whats what?

Cheers

Matt

Cool, just as I thought. Any difference with the R1 clocks and R6?

I reckon you get a lower revving bike one like 10k top value. Itd look like your car is doing more revs than a rev counter going upto 16-18krpm if you catch my drift.

Hi
The bottom one has the warning lights round the outside edge on the right.
Some of them have a data bus to the ecu so you may not be able to use them.
Top is 99-03 bottom 03-06 MY I should Have diagrams for these
Cheers

Bat that was going to be my next question. Lol I know alot of modern dashes use low volt computer signals from the ecu instead of a standard 12v supplys to individual components! *oh well*

This could be more suitable with regards to revs but same again, depends on how it works?

Hi,
As a rough guide I'd say anything with an immobiliser light on it could well be computerised, but I'm no bike expert!

Gav, any chance you could have quick look for some diagrams if you have a spare min. Or if you know where I could find some online?
