I am new to the world of Mini's and I am interested in a having an engine conversion to something a bit quicker. Not being the DIY type, can anyone recommend a turbo engine that wouldn't be too much hassle to put in (and therefore not too expensive) and a quality company to do it?

mini sport will build and fit, unsure if they will touch turbo's and youll have to fork out a good £5k for some thing you could build and fit your self for £1.5K, Yes i moved to the darkside |

Thanks guys! I have absolutly NO mechanical experience at all so i kind of whee its a little out of my depth. 5k is a lot of money though.... |

I would give it a go yourself. There is everything that you need to know on here. If you cant find what you are looking for, just post and you will usually have an answer within a few minutes.
