just cut out the pocket / bins i knew there was some rot down there didnt know how bad

got some pics

any ideas????








this is only one side the other side is in much better condition

Hi,
Cut it out the rusty bits and weld in some new metal. Check the sill, heal board and the closing panel behind the rear quarter as something is letting water into the sill section.
