Some of you know that i like the VW type 2, having owned a number of campers including a 66 canterbury pitt splitscreen camper and currently a t25 devon i decided to take on another project ....... a 23 window split

The split is basically complete painted ect but does need ground up build

first i decided to build up the floor pan with the axles and middle seating, i also started on the ice and interior panels, obviously i dont condone the lack of axle stands

Next came the 2nd row bench seat

After the front bench base was in i started on the dash clocks and steering, those into the type two will note that this is a custom dash and dials

more to follow as this so far has been exhausting and i need a chocolate break

Nice, can't believe how big your workshop is, and that flooring is a bit flash for a workshop. Lol

what motor are you planning? 6 cylinder porschre would be my choice.

You going to put the other wheels on Ebay

you know it takes a while while doing a project mate. Hopefully Neil hasn't forgotten about it. He might be waiting on some parts he ordered....
