Dones anyone know much about these for the mini as apparantly they are hard to get hold of now? also would a 2" system be enough for between 160-180bhp or would it strangle it? as on the search a few people have had trouble with this, failing that has anyone used a bike backbox before is this possible???

cheers pete

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

dont know much about the scorpion

but a 2" single backbox a playmini is all thats required and has been proved times many

2" systems pipe wise are ok for power outputs up to 250 bhp

It's some thing i thought about doing for a feature Jim, but it get pricey when having to buy loads of pipes to test.

Maybe people could 'Loan' their pipes during the winter rebuild season, would be a good feature and worth doing.

scorpion do make a dood quality zaust but you would get little difference and a whole bunch cheaper from using the playmini instead

I did many years ago had all there was to offer and over a period of months bolted them to my car and raced up a particularly steep hill. The system I ended up with is not mini related at all but beat all others hands down none not even the RC40 came close.

thats OK but nothing like a proper test on a RR/dyno with figures and curves to show and compare.

also not to be a picky twat you have connected it to the wrong end of the main pipe. that bend is for the part that runs past the gear selector *wink*
