Hi guy.
I'm having bogg brothers make a inlet manifold for twin bike carbs for my n/a 1380. The only thing is boggs want to know what size carbs I want to use. The choice is 38mm or 41mm. Last rolling roll on a stage 3 head got 85bhp at the wheels. I've gone to a stage 4 (36,31) head and 1.5:1 roller rockers, aiming for 100+ bhp at the fly.

What would people recommend?

It will only ever be breathing through 1 carb at a time so id go for the 41

Inch and a half or not quite an inch and a quarter. If you go with the 41mm your at a mid ground between the two. I say 41

Yeah he runs 31mm ones. I'm not sure they will be big enough.
