I've searched, but can only find topics relating to 10" wheels.

I'm doing the setup on my suspension, and mounting the coilovers.

What sort of sill seam to floor, height should i be aiming for.

i dont have front drive shafts to worry about, and its currently sitting 250mm front and back.

Hi,
Hard to say with yours as the engine has been fitted to the wrong end of the car!
Usually rear 10-15mm up on the front to keep the weight towards the driving wheels...

I think mine and gavs are around 200 floor to sill seam

thats bloody low!

I cant seem to get the front that low though, even with the coilovers backed right off!

lowest its going is 250???

but then the bottom of the coilover hits the subframe!

will i have to remake the lower mounts, like gavs??

You can trim the subframe a bit like Gav did on his red one but make sure its not so low that the top balljoint can pop out.
Go over Gavs and have a look and a measure
