A little help from you Internet / TV watchers!

Hi guys,

Im doing a presentation at Uni on 'Marketing Ethics' and as part of it im looking for some unethical tv or internet adverts.

For example, the weightwatchers advert where the husband states that he loves his wife more now she has lost weight through weight watchers, sort of suggests that if your a fatty you cant be loved as much.

And any children targetting adverts that for example, state that if a child wants to be 'cool' he has to have the newest G.I. Joe etc.

So if any of you chaps know of any you can share I would greatly appreciate it.

i think its hilarious how they ask £3 a month to sponsor a dog, yet only £2 a month to sponsor a child

is it ethical to have a young boy asking his mother on tv to have a dump at his mates because they have an air freshener?

may i also add (bit o/t) that diarheoa, incontinence and panty liner adverts always seem to be on at dinner time....is this really necessary?

Couldnt believe it, went into uni today and the lecturer has decided to split the groups up again, so im not doing marketing ethics.

My topic is now 'Environmental Marketing'.

Every time I log on to my internet banking i get offered a 13k loan. Now I know that I can't afford a 13p loan never mind a 13k one, but I'm sure there are people out there who would just click there way into a big debt with out thinking about it.

As I work for my bank and I know they are in a big whole deep pile of poo at the moment, you would think they would know better! Not sure about ethical, but it's very irresponsible!

I get the 13k loan offer too!
