Hi folks. I'm Gavin from dudley in the west mids. New to this site (and computers really). Just a bit about my Mini exploits. . .Building a turbo mini and a vauxhall 2.0l 16v clubman. I've built a 1330cc A+ N/A as my first engine build and got 112bhp out of it, I wanna get 180bhp out my turbo A+ series. After some pistons at the moment but they are well expensive. This site is quality for info I've already had a quick look at some topics and you all know ya stuff!! See ya. Gav

What pistons have you been looking at? Minispares mega ones are fairly cheap at £52 each I think...

Hi all. thanks For the warm welcome. Pistons I've been looking at are accralite. The factory is only a few miles away from where I live. The staff there were excellent when I asked questions about their stuff. Quoted me £79 per piston but got to add vat to that. I think I'll wait till the vat drops again!!! lol |
