after fitting my bulkhead box, i decided to completely take out the heater matrix mainly cause its quite heavy.

i also have recently paid alot of money for silicon hose set, so, coult i get a small radiactor with the 5/8ths ? inlets of the hoses and have the small rad in the passangers footwell it not only aid some cooler, but offer alittle heat for winter ?

any might look smart-ish.

think maybe a small motorbike radiactor, unless anyone has some suggestions ?

Hi,
You seem to be inventing a heater here?
Why not use one of the later plastic heaters as they'll be light and all the work has been done for you?
Cheers,
Gavin :)

The 2nd rad won't be up to much if it's inside the car, it needs air flowing through it to cool the coolant...
