Ive been hunting around to find out about who does kits for converting to bike throttle bodies but no such luck so far. Which leads onto my next question. Can you use 2 motorbike throttle bodies on a webber manifold?

I ask as im looking for an alternative to using a webber on my supercharger once purchased.

Can anyone help with my plight?

Wont you be missing a vital component of the combustion prosess? Fuel?

Unless of course you are going run fuel injection?

Surely running say 2 bike carbs would work?

Bike carbs yes. Throttle bodies are used for air control on a fuel injected setup.

thats the link i was looking at. There was a website where you could get the kits from and i can find it. There was once a couple of pages in a mini mag with it too, but cant find the magazine. THink it could be an interesting concept to get working. Think it could work. Just cant justify the amount of work bonnet wise to get a webber in. Carbs are neater and smaller. Plus give better results

Please write Weber. That's what it's called.

if you made a manifold that tucked it under the wing insted of over the top then you wouldnt need mods. downside is it would probably mean an longer manifold (bad) and a more bendy one (bad) but it would 'work'. They normaly hang SU,s right down the front on the end of a pipe for gods sake!

I'd start by turning it the other way up. Loads more clearance then.
