after getting my turbo up and running last sunday, it seems to be overheating slightly under normal driving conditions (just over normal). obviously i can see this being an issue for track usage.
initialy i thought it was due to the megajolt map being 5 degrees out but it wasnt that. the fuel mixture is spot on according to my lambda gauge too.

im running the minispares ' HI PERFORMANCE 2 CORE SUPER RADIATOR ' with 1 electric fan sucking through from behind into the wing, no mechanical fan. im also running a 74 deg thermostat.
im thinking i may need to put a fan on the water pump to assist the cooling, or get a better electric fan.
also, ive got a halfords water pump fitted so i might replace that for the high capacity item (is the minispares one the same as the avonbar one but half the price?)

heres some pics in my build thread that may help:

any help would be appreciated as surely it shouldnt be running hot!!

thanks

EDIT: Before fitting the turbo it ran spot on Normal according to the gauge

I find the easiest way is to super glue the bolt to the end of one of my fingers.

Have you checked the thermostat is not staying closed too long?
