Guys,

Attempting to fit the rest of my exhaust system today but have gotten abit confused about something.

This is how I have mounted the inner part of the silencer:

Which looks right to me!!

I'm having trouble with the other, rear-most mount.

I've push the box up to where it should be located, but cant see where the mount needs to be to hang the silencer from?:

This is the mount I have:

I know its going to be tricky for someone to describe the orientation the mount needs to go at but I was hoping someone could show me a pic of how they have theirs?

Cheers

South Staffs

Usually there are 2 holes in the "back" face of the subframe that the bracket will bolt to.

in the pick flip it over so the hanger is still on the left but the mount hole are now on your side then turn it about 30 degrees anticlockwise i think thats it, if you offer it up to your subby the 2 holes should already be there on the bent bit of the bar that goes under the sheel well,

i made mine so cant help with a pic :(

Subframe looks crusty, I'd think about replacing that sooner than later, looks like it could be the original judging by the nasty horsehair padding shite which most sane people usually bin when they swap subbys over.

Indeed!!

It has been stood for a while and was quite crust when I first bought it, plan to renovate everything once i've finished the turbo off.
