Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew where i could get a decent view of an exhaust manifold from a Janspeed engine or some kind of drawing/measurements? As im looking at making one up. If anyone has made one similar or there abouts id like to get some advice from you

Thanks Blake

Is this for a mini or a metro install? The Janspeed manifold won't fit on a mini.

I presume you want to mount your turbo over the flywheel. Is this to save you having to cut the bulkhead? If so there are simpler solutions IMO.

There are a few on here that have made manifolds to mount the turbo over the flywheel. Turboestate comes to mind.

Its to fit a clubman. Yeh i didnt really wanty to go cutting up the bulkhead. But yeh i was either thinking above the flywheel or kind invert exhaust manifold and and mount the turbo above the intake manifold/carby but im turned of this one abit as i can see it causing a few problems such as it being hard to get to the carby and yehwhat other solutions do i have?

Mirage manifold enables you to fit a t2 without modding the bulkhead.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

If you just don't fancy cutting the bulkhead, the simplest option is to use a Mirage manifold.

If it's options that you want: My thoughs on mounting above the flywheel are that the simplest solution is to use the metro manifold with a pipe running from that to the new turbo position. Use a flexy bit to account for expansion.

Mirage is my preffered option though.

Here's the Janspeed manifold but as Wil said, it won't fit straight into a Mini as it was designed for the Metro.
