If that is the case they will getting alot of legal letters as the website clearly says Snell SA2005 approved.

They may well be selling helmets that were manufactured a year ago, which may mean they are perfectly safe. Also, V2 may just buy finished helmets from the Chinese manufacturing firm and re-brand them. In that case, they may not even be aware the helmets they are selling are no longer SNELL approved. Dragging up an old thread here and I don't want to re-open the whole 'wouldn't put my head in there debate', but I see there is another budget helmet manufacturer out there doing the same as V2. Anybody else seen them, any opinions?
