Hi,

I've got a 2wd (I think) cosworth intercooler, but I'm struggling to route the pipework around the servo. I'd like to keep the servo.

Has anyone got any pics of their cossie intercooler setups preferably with servo please?

Thanks,

James

Thanks for the links *happy*

The closest ive got so far is this

The only problem is the bonnet sits quite high because of the pipe on the left over the servo. Its going to be raised at the back anyway, but its still a bit too high...

EDIT : Useing a "Nic" Plenum, so that should help with the pipework...

Go to page 4.

But I've got a plenum from Nic, which helps.

Thanks for the links :)
They all look like tidy installs.
Mine looks similar to yours stefaz with the pipes over the top of the servo. Just need to get the engine back in to see if they will all link up ok.

Also Dicanio I've got one of Nic's plenums too, when it arrives *wink*

On mine i'm pretty sure i can do as mike suggests, similar to ngl's setup but the pipe on the left goes straight forward under the braided brake pipe hoses, i dont have a standard breather though.

I found it impossibel to get the cosworth one in and terail all the original bits (servo, cold air intake etc.)

So I chucked it my brothers way and stuck in am S2 Escort RS one. Much easier and bigenough for dectent power/cooling.

That's not a cossie cooler in that pic, but it may help with the pipework around the servo.
