Alright guys,

Im im after a couple of old aluminium pistons to try and fabricate something for my bike. Ideally 5 inches in diameter and as deep as possible. The condition doesnt matter too much, but I will be cleaning and polishing it up at the finished article will be on show.

Postage tokens await.

I have a piston from a 2.3 diesel Sierra. It's pretty big, but not sure what it's made from...

i have a few (dozens actually) out of old airplanes, i havent seen them in years though so will have to do some digging

Haha, im sorry lockfast... but you are right. Ive been abit of a failure with regards to the Mini recently. The only thing ive done since July is make a heatsink for the coilpack...

Hopefully going to Castle Combe saturday will give me some motivation!

well i now know where the tea chest is with all the pistons in, and its a days work getting to it in stores lol, but then i remembered i use one upstairs as a paperweight for my charts etc

does it fit the bill?
