None of the above. The Meziere WP136S. Flow rate of 78 litres/min. It has a hell of alot more flow capacity thatn any other the other pumps and seemingly better reliability than the davis craig.

TurboDave was looking at BMW pumps. They were brushless motors though so a normal water pump controller would make shite of them as far as I know.

I've tried to look for those on eBay. I seem to remember him saying it was very similar to the kad one at a much better price.

I can't fault my Meziere pump, there are a few of us on here running them now without any issues that I am aware of. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

It's really subtle, but if you study the above pictures closely, you can just about see the differences between the two. Edited by turbodave16v on 26th Oct, 2009. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Just to re-affirm, the BMW pumps I was looking at - I've killed two of them trying to tinker with controlling them.

I think that solution is a good flow, but also a restriction to ensure some pressure in the head to raise the local boiling point.

You just need to be wary of a pump that craps out and drops to 10% of it's flow with the slightest pressure will not get you far. The very small 'booster' pumps do not have a good performance once they meet a pressure. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Im running a shuttle type thermostat and the temps accross my head seem to be very close end to end, within 2-3 degrees at all times.

I've no experience with rear rads - but this should be a last resort after trying EVERYTHING else.... Carl Austin is the only one with a rear rad I believe... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:
