just a quicky, can anybody tell me why the plenum has the ram inset fitted (its quite restrictive of flow or am i wrong?) ive removed it as im modifying it, and notice there is already a ram-type stub-stack already cast into the SU flange on the inside.

you need the restrictor ring in there no ifs or buts with a carb set up

a pitot tube can be used in place fo the restrictor if plumbed in correctly, again ought to come up in a search. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
