does anyone use the aux inputs for anything?

I would like to get the engine temp readout on one of them, is this possible or not as simple as that?

yeah me and nick do... the aux input needs a 0-5v input but with a small circuit you can used a temp sensor.

Hey Guys,

Do you have any details of the circuit to use between the standard temp sensor and MJ please?:)

Cheers

wideband into MJ would be interesting to see how thats done too.

re boost, are you just converting kpa into psi from the map sensor?

yep just converting the kpa.

my wideband has got a 0-5v output for use with a stock ecu so we just used that to connect to the mjlj, then wrote a table in excel/notepad based on voltage against afr and loaded that into the mjlj.

Hey Anton,

For the advance correction, circuit to input the temp. `

I've been thinking....

Basically the standard sensor is 12v negative earth analogue output, I take it that this must be the non thermister type?

In this case the input to the MJ needs to be 0 - 0.5v as you have said above, is this also analgue or is it digital high or low etc?:)

Do you have a sketch / picture of the circuit you could show us ?

Cheers
