Hey

I need a set of flanges so that I can make my own manifolds to fit a t2 onto a 998.
(decided to have a crack and save some £££)

I will need:

Manifold to head flanges

Maifold to turbo flange

Turbo to exhaust elbow flange

cash waiting

OR do you know any links to these for sale?

Thanks

If there is sufficient demand, I can get a batch of these cut by my local laser cutting specialist. It's much better value doing a batch than one-offs.

I have some head and turbo inlet flanges in 10mm stainless. Would folks prefer 10mm mild steel?

I could get turbine outlet flanges done for T2 and GT2056 - any others?, GT1544?

This sounds great!

A good way for people like me to save a few bucks.

Pm me about the stainless ones you have? if not mild would be good with me too (full set of mild)

If there is sufficient demand, I could do a set of four flanges which will inlude the head flanges and the turbo inlet in 10mm stainless for £45. The turbo outlet flange in stainless would be around £15. Plus postage.

I'll get some prices for mild steel, but I could do with an idea of how many people would be interested.

what benefits are there of using the stainless over mild (apart from rust)

The prices sound fair with me..

Put me down for a set mate

OK, there obviously is enough interest.

I'll CAD the T2 outlet flange tomorrow and send of the drawings for a quote.

I'll get a quote for 6 sets in mild steel for now. I still have one or two sets in stainless.

Full set or just the turbo flanges? I assume you mean GT2056. The other Gt20s are different.

Any material preference?

Give me a week or so and I'll get these all sorted out.

I'll also start a thread in the for sale section as others may have not read this wanted post.

Hi Paul,

What about an adaptor plate for t3-t2 for the metro manifold? Could you make these up?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

I could get the material cut with this batch if some one lets me have a shape.

I'm trying to get a bit of time to do this sort of thing.

Hi, I'm after a set of flanges as well, would require all of them (head, exhaust inlet, exhaust outlet).
