Following on from the thread in the wanted section:

I'm getting a batch of flanges cut in both mild and stainless steel. This is a picture of the last batch:

So here goes:

Head Flanges
Two outers and one centre.
The holes and reliefes are cut at 8mm diameter so that they can be accurately aligned for fabrication. They will need opening out to allow for expansion.
The ports are generous, but not gasket size, so you may need to open them out a bit more if you have your head ports enlarged.
304 St Steel - £40
Mild Steel - £30

T2 Inlet Flange
These are undrilled basically because they can't laser cut at the size needed for tapping for M8 or 5/16" UNF.
Now the ports in these are 33mm deep instead of the 38mm of the turbo. This was because I was using 33mm OD pipe for my manifold and needed some metal to weld to :)

So you may need to open them up if you are using larger pipes.
304 St Steel - £10
Mild Steel - £8

GT17 Inlet Flange
Undrilled
38mm diameter port
304 St Steel - £12
Mild Steel - No demand

T2 Outlet Flange
48mm diameter port positioned to take flow from wastegate and turbine exhaust as so:

304 St Steel - £15 OUT of STOCK
Mild Steel - £12 OUT of STOCK

Gt2056 Outlet Flange
The turbo housing is divided between the exhaust and the wastegate, except for a small port. I think it is a good idea to keep these seperate for at least a couple of inches so these will have two ports as so:

304 St Steel - £15 OUT OF STOCK
Mild Steel - £12 OUT OF STOCK

T2 to T3 Adapter Flange
12mm Mild Steel.
You will need to cut the existing studs off the Metro manifold and drill and tap to take four new studs. Also grind the plate to the T3 outlet shape on one side.

Price £15

Postage will be extra but about £5-£10 depending on weight.

I've compiled a list of those guys who have let me know already, but please PM me if you want any.

It will take a few days to get the prices for the mild steel, but they will be slightly cheaper than the stainless.

EDIT: Added adaptor plates.

EDIT2: Added some prices and postage extra.

EDIT3: Added price for T2/T3 Adaptor

Right, Ive also been asked about making up some T2 to T3 Metro manifold adaptors.

I don't have a Metro manifold anymore to check this against, but I'll make some up if someone can provide a drawing or give me guidance.

I assume that they are T3 overall size, with a T2 hole. I seem to remember that the hole is at an angle.

I seem to think it's drilled and countersunk to fix to the manifold and then fitted with studs to the T2 pattern.

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks for the offer, but I think I can CAD something up without too much trouble. I've found some photos.

Paul I have a cad drawing for the adapter plate. It is basically just a match for the T2 flange. PM me an email and I will send it over. I could do with one myself!

Thanks, but I think that is the standard T2 flange dimensions.

I've found the T3 and overlaid them on the T2. Just need to sus out the fixings.

Am I correct in thinking that the T3/T2 adaptor is just a flat plate with the port and 4 clearnace holes for fixings?

Then you just cut the studs off the manifold and drill and tap for 4 new studs?

That is correct, nothing fancy to it. Just the T2 shape is needed really.

Edit: actually I do seem to remember that the centre hole is rotated a bit as the turbo rotates a bit on the flange. I am beginning to think I need to look at the one on the TT.

I've added the adaptor in the original post.

I've rotated the holes 3 degrees around the centre.

I'll put you down for an adapter, but the outlet on a GT17 is a standard exhaust part I believe.
