These guys seem to have alot of stuff, but obviously not too good for the uk, but plenty of good info etc.

If I crash my CRV I would definately consider the 4x4 option. The K-VTEC in my CRV is a 2.4 ! 8-)

BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

If you know a good welder or better still can weld your self, surely you could fab something fairly cheaply ? and find some plans or something ?

K20 will be nice tho !!

Might sound boring but I think a civic engine would be better in a civic! I looked into the idea if a d16 turbo lump in a mini but don't think you could fit a big turbo and suitably sized intercooler whilsts maintaining something that looked like a mini!

Yeh would have to be a clubby front end...mind you a well set up vtec wouldn't be shabby at all and would have Hondas legendary reliability...:)

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

If that is the same engine that is in my wifes 08 Odessey that mini will pull wheelies....

She has the 3.5 V6 VTEC. Its a big van with 7 seats, but its still pretty quick....

Rubicon check out the video below. This civic cost £3000 to buy build tax and Mot. Basically its standard engine head and cam with ebay rods, vitara pistons, ebay turbo and manifold, RC injectors and Hondata ecu. Its also dipped into the tens aswell later last year!

If i could bring myself to sell the mini this is what i would build! I think you will need a wheely bar for your truck *happy*
