I have a fairly old set of spax gas adjustables on my mini and I am not sure if they are the older 14 click adjusters or the newer 28 click versions.
BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

is there a par number stamped on the casing? If there is you could email Spax. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Can you not just work it out? Put them all on 7 go for a drive. The up to 14 and go for a drive. then up to 28 and go for a drive. If they are 14 clicks the last drive will make no difference, if they are 28 clicks then the last drive you will feel the difference. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

Thanks Rod, I'll try that on my set tomorrow. That's lateral thinking. On 24th Dec, 2008 Nic said:

If you listen carefully, when you get to max adjustment, you will hear a slightly different "click" as the mechanism ratchets round to stop you being able to wind them in too far and bugger them up.

Not jumping on a post, but anyone used Spax for reconditioning work? Emailed them to do my Traxspax, seem quite helpful. On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:
