I know this is a well worn topic, but I've tried most of the well known fixes already.Following Winter layoff (and some unrelated problems) the car is running very rich at all loads/speeds except idle and on a trailing throttle, when the AFR reads 15:1,otherwise it reads around 10:1.It was set up on a RR last year to 12:1 full boost and 15:1 light load.I have changed needle valve/seat,choke seals, checked plenum gasket, set float height (and checked it floats!),checked lean off pipe (HD fuel pipe),set fuel pressure and nothing changes it.The plugs are very sooty so the AFR is right.
The only other possible factor is fitting a famous Nic type plenum over the Winter.Any ideas?

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

steve you May have upset someting in the carb have you tried altering the mixture ? first! keeping an eye on the AF gauge

if no joy fit a standard BDD in there and watch the AF gauge you could possibley dial the mixture right, but it may need RR again ?

Im not saying it isnt, but when I fitted my plenum it made no difference to the fuelling.

However these are odd things and it may well have done.........

Thanks Nic,that's good to know. The problem arrived after the Winter layoff,so I'll try some different needles now.

Hopefully now sorted. The new needle valve also leaked. The third needle valve stuck in its bore.A replacement carb of the bay fixed that, but then the dump valve diaphragm was split so it ran rich on load because the idle fuel setting was too rich to compensate for the leak.I think they call it a learning experience................
