3rd Party Water Temp Gauge

I want to fit a non standard 52mm temp gauge, the gauge includes 1/8" electric sender along with 3/8" and 1/2" NPT adapter.

I believe the thread in the cylinder head for the sensor is 5/8" UNF.

Where can I get an adaptor from? I can't be the first with this issue but couldn't find it on the forum anywhere.

As always, I like to post up the solution to the problem rather than just sorting it out and going quiet, so hopefully this will help a few others.

I ended up ordering an LMA adaptor rather than making something up myself, it obviously fits perfectly and is the best tool for the job. Admittedly once you add first class postage etc it will cost you a tenner, but I dont think you can complain for getting a job done right, plus I ordered it at 12noon and it was here before 9 the next day.
