Finally got enough pennys saved up for a decent mapping session on the rollers at Dastek in Fife.

The last time was a total disaster and they wouldn't put the MPI on until I'd sorted the CAS, added a IAT sensor and some other wee bits n' bobs.

Now it seems to be sorted, just hope it goes well......

Will do - they were sort of recommended by Dave Walker.

I had heard good things about them, and a chap I know called Phin (who works there) said the chap doing the mapping knows his stuff.

MPI has started playing up!

Won't start.

Had a going over yesterday, and found the IACV was fucked, so swapped that.

Checked the plugs, plug gap, valve clearances (12 thou inlet & 15 thou exhaust), fuel pressure 2.5 bar, both injectors seem to be functioning, compression is good and spark looks to be healthy.

Fuck it - called the Recovery people and they'll take me to Dastek on a flatbed.

Wife is going bananas......
