suspension setup

Dear all,

I have a mini turbo with all new suspension setup and was just wondering if anybody could help me out as to what I should set it all up to for the best ride.

My mini will be used for day to day use but im not too bothers if its a bit of a hard ride as its a mini after all.

My spec is:

13 x 7 wheels,
gaz adjustable dampers front and rear,
CAMBER BRACKETS REAR ADJUSTABLE,
LOWER ARMS ON CAR ADJUSTABLE FOR CAMBER ANGLES
TIE BAR RODS HEAVY DUTY ADJUSTABLE KIT
hi lo's front and rear.

Any info will be very helpful.

Miles, your location may help for either sending you in the right direction or somone helping you.
The acctual settings most people will say its a personal setup, do a search its been covered many times.

First thing to do is get your ride hight set.

This is how mine is set up, and corners very well. I hope this is of some help

Ride height:
-45mm front, 55mm rear clearance to the arches, standard plastic arches. 165/55/12 tyres

Front:
- 1.5 degree negative camber bottom arms
- Tracking parellel
- castor, I have no idea!

Rear:
- Protec lowered rear shocks on home made rear beam, with 125 1b springs though will be fitting some 150 1b ones or an anti roll bar as they scrub when at maximum attack into a corner.
- 0.5 degrees negative camber
- 0.5mm toe in either side, 1mm total.
