A well built T2 charged lump with an MG cam and 15psi will be plenty quick enough.
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Me and John have found that our van drives really well with about 10 psi of boost, gets a bit mad after that. We wound it up to 18psi once, but it wasn't very road friendly. We're running a t3 with an MG metro cam.

I think the chap at mirage has started to make manifolds for the gt17. I believe they can be made to fit the t2 flanged mirage with a bit of fetling.

You say the GT1752 will fit with no bulkhead mods, is that only on a mirage manifold?

I think Sprocket has a good n/a MG metro cam for sale. |

With a standard mirage manifold the GT17 will hit the block. You need a specific GT17 manifold really.

I think you should take John,s comment about the van going reasonably well witha big pinch of salt cos its bloody quick ! 14.3 standing quarter is quick by any standards. |
