hi new to this forum so dont want to look a complete plank but was looking for opinions on as to either fitting a t2 on a mirage set up or build my own set up any help welcome

Are you set on using the t2, do you already have one. If not it nay be worth looking at some more modern turbos?

in that case... how long a build is your project mate? they look the business, they dont need bulkhead mods and a gt17 is a well proven turbo for us.

hi the manifold looks great is the gt17 better ,easier to find and cheaper than a t2

It's alot better, modern and eficient seems to be the turbo of choice I've also gone for a turbo in the garrett gt range. They arnt however cheaper or easier to find, they come off certain cars Saabs mainly, there is a thread on here somewhere. I'll try and dig it out, it isn't the only good modern suitable turbo just the only one I've seen alot about.

Hi, im kinda new here aswell, but try to get a genuine Garret gt17, as most of the copys is like shit :p

Also as i have been recommended, the ihi rhf4 is a nice turbo turbo to get, it doesnt have any lag, and can deliver up to 170 banans someone said :) just my 2 cents.
