Hi its not a turbo cam, but iv got a 649 cam i think the leyland type? The followers and oil pump to suit. All in good condition.
How much is this lot worth? Probably not much but you guys will have a better idea than me :)
Cheers
Dan.

thats one of the old BL race spec cams if i'm not wrong. ran this in an engine years ago but lost it during a workshop move.

no idea what it is worth as more current grinds have taken over. I'd look on ebay on sold auctions and see what they sell for there

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

Yes! the trusted 649 full race cam.

if its not reprofiled i hazard a guess of £60 ish pounds. *Nerd*

if anyone has built an engine N/A half decent this cam is the one for track use............ and if you are insane! and want a full blown turbo track engine this is ranked highley.......... and i mean for a BALLS OUT MOTOR.

its now part number STR930 on a billet

Don't fit one in your road car.

If properly built it'll have a power band from 4000rpm. There are better choices for the road.

yeah had it in a road car but it wasn't exactly a easy drive!

thinking about it, is the 649 not the same as the STR 930? if so, is it not the same cam used in the turbo challenge cars?
