Trying to get my transfer casing clean. I've had good results with a wire brush attachments on drills. But with the transfer case there are a lot of very small crevices that i can't get to!

I used gunk on mine get them clean then spray them with aluminium spray paint.
Audi s4 b5 - 470bhp & 486ft lbs

Swarfeager (sp) de greaser and a scrubbing brush mine came up like bennys but no paint Yes i moved to the darkside |

When i did my old carb i used tool de-greaser, next i used auto sol and wire wool, for the final step i used small wire wheels on a dremel came out shiney as fook few little bits missed but good enough for what it was in lol.

Dishwasher. Put my block, gearbox case and transfer case in the dishwasher they came out spotless Own the day

+1 with the dish washer!! Grand rents were not impressed but i was with the block and clutch housing |

as said degreaser then i steam clean. on bits that wont come up i do have access to bead blasting this done well is so delicate. My small bore turbo project http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=473901 |
