That's doable. Looks like it wants:

Drivers Flitch panel - you'll have to take the A panel of to do it, but you can do most of the welding from inside the car.
Pair of sill steps.
Pair of inner outer sill/floor sections like this:

http://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/eshop/index...products_id=677

Pair of A panels.
Heel board repair sections.
Boot floor repair sections.
Some steel for other odds and sods.

I've seen much worse....

Seen them a lot worse than that. Just treat each section as a separate project.

Yeah, not so bad,

dont be tempted by cheap pannels, they are usualy crap fitting, and often really thin or cheap metal so are harder to weld.

hang the doors before you tack the A pannels in place otherwise you'll get crap door gaps.

The panels I have brought so far have all been from magnum car panels and I can't afford to get genuine panels :(

I put a non gen rear quarter on my car. Then took it of and put a genuine one on. The pattern one was terrible.

I used Magnum wings, A panels, scuttle and bonnet, maybe not as good a fit as heritage but with a bit of tweaking I got a pretty good result.

Looks like my mini. *happy*
I used mainly magnum panels, a pain to get gaps anywhere near right but having said that i bought genuine scuttle and wing, the scuttle went on alright but the wing doesnt seem to want to fit right,
Anyway, good luck with it.

We bought a magnum front panel the other day from minispares for a car at work. It fitted so well it looked like it grew there!
Still had factory wings though, so if somebody has dodgily fitted wings at some point it's hell to get anything to fit!

Its definitely worth spending the extra on floor panels. Im not sure about the somerfords ones, but the M-machine panels come complete, with all the extra support brackets, loom tabs etc where they are fitted from standard. They also give discount if you don't have the panels primed...which generally saves hours of grinding off the primer they come in ready for welding. *wink*

Before fitting the sill/floor assemblies, give them a good coat of paint to protect them from rust. Its impossible to get a good coat of paint on them after they are fitted.

They are listed at £70 for the section up to the first rib but this price is VERY old and doesn't include VAT, so its probably more like the £110 mark all in. Best bet is to give them a call. If you're buying alot of panels in one go they may give you discount.
