hi just bought a rear beam for my mini instead of using a shitty old subframe ,i take it at mot time itl be ok to have a beam /? as for coilovers do i need to modify the shocker turret , looking for advise on this thanks

Just make sure that the shock doesent hit the turret. I had to give the bottom of my turrets a lie tap to stop this

13.95 1/4 mile on a 2.95 fd. Carnt be that hard to beat!

Mine too, top was fine, bottoms caught a bit. Only a mm or two - hammer job.

No MOT issues. Makes it a lot easier to pass infact.

You also do not need a rear valance if you are running a rear beam to pass an MOT.

I had to tap out the bottoms and the top. Make sure you paint it after as you will no doubt crack the paint/underseal.

Eden, what coilovers are you running on yours? because i have noticed that your car runs nice and low. Im hoping to get mine lower on the rear, currently got gaz lowered coilovers and its still too high!
