Hey all,

I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems getting a hold of carbon weezel lately? I know I've had email problems in the past with mine not going through to them. I'm trying to see where they're at on my carbon stuff, and before I make the expensive call from here in the U.S. to them I figured I'd make sure it wasn't a problem on my end or anything.

Hey Miniswordsman,

Did you get that reply from Ben?

I emailed him at the start of August and haven't heard back he is usually pretty good at replying,

I also have an order in with Ben, its a light weight clubman bonnet, which is a new line, he said they had an issue with a previous order but got it fixed now, my order has been in for 21 weeks (5 months).

I understand the quality is very good though.

I would like to order some more parts but until I know this one is on its way its difficult to decide to part with the cash.

Could you forward the phone number, doesn't seem to be on the website anymore ?

BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

Carbon weezel is well worth the cash Brocky, I've gotten my boot lid and number plate light, and it's top notch. Just waiting on my front end, and if it's as good as the other stuff, it won't disappoint.

All I want to know is when you intend to ship the bonnet to me, since you mentioned you were just working through the surface finishing on July 2nd.

I believe you should now be very close to actually sending the bonnet?, as you said you should be ready to do so the week Starting September 9th?

Is it just me or does it sound like they are taking the piss?

I waited 8 weeks for my last pair of clubman bumpers from them. They were good items (not amazing).

I have been giving them the benifit of the doult since it was a new line (Clubman Bonnet), also not sure if they have been may be taking on a bit much work as summer is their busy period,

I have always been happy to buy British as a Lancastrian myself,

I know they say 12-14 weeks on the website, but it is now twice that...

Personally I would just like the recieve the item since 750 bucks is not to be sniffed at (delivered to the States!)

Come on Ben ?? Please redeem yourself on this one, I have had many sucessful dealings in performance mini circles, from the legendary Tom F, Benross, Nick, Avonbar and swiftune to name a few, they have always delivered above and beyond.

You were quite forecoming with emails in order to earn my business, but the key to repeat business is after sales service, no?

I hate to drag this out into a public forum but based on the T&C's I have no choice? I think you will agree I have been more than patient in this matter ? Please don't let this tarnish your reputation.
