Is there any differences, apart from size and the different HT lead types needed with the two types of coil pack found on various fords. I have one of each, and wondered if i would benefit from using one over the other.

I've used both, not noticed any difference apart from the HT leads on one type need a hammer or someone who tears phone books to fit them. |

The cossie boys seem to like the older bigger coil type. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Hmm i wonder why they prefer the bigger type? Its the bigger type that you need a grip like a gorilla to get the leads off! My build thread: http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=454802

Speaking to my rolling road operator, there is a perception the spark is stronger, So they use them when the boost is high.
