noticed that it looks like the drive shafts are to short and come out too far out of the inner potjoins...

The outer outer ball race is just coming out of the pot joint.

Outer ball race is mounted correctly. the lower adjustable arm is turned incompletely to the end, and its stil to far out, ( if i turn it ou the problem gets bigger)???!! ( got the problem on both sides)

Driveshafts mounted on the correct sides :)

got the alu kad hubs, do i need different drive shafts?? or can there be an other problem??

hope someone can help me out....thanks

have you had the pot joint to bits by anychance?
i had similar thing a few years back it would start and drive ok but on my first hard launch it spun the cage and balls out :(
all i had done is assembled the ball cage back to front ( there is an off set)

the face of the housing looked like it had a plate welded to it, but now i see that what i thought was some mig weld is in fact the balls hanging out,

have you got the shafts on the right way around, [there is an inner and outer end to them]
although i don't think it would alter the situation

better pics indeed

contacted KAD. They've never had that problem and it all should fit fine... *oh well*

did some further searching... noticed the folowing..

a standard upper left arm has the number 21A2691 on it...

mine has the number 21A2693.... Cant find that number anywhere on the net??
don't know if that could cause the problem

Looking at your build thread, you have lots of camber. Might be worth getting your suspension roughly aligned, see if it tightens things up.

I'm not convinced they are the correct potjoints.

Nor me...

In the very first photo the outer part doesn't look right.
Any chance of a better photo of the outer part ???

Inside view of a couple of standard ones, balls are frightenly close to the outer edge anyway from the wear marks,

But no evidence of the machining marks on the very first photo (ignore my nachining at the back face of the right hand/top one, that's for the TC sensor ring)

The outer edge of the very first photo just doesn't look the same.

That first photo looks exactly the same as this one. I see why you think it looks machined but that is just shadow, look at it closer, you can see they are the same

EDIT, look at the profile against the silver of the casing
