Derby

Right after half a day messing with all the laptops and serial USB adapters I have got I have not managed to install the map on my car. Is there anyone near derby that would be willing to pop over tomorrow morning and upload my map so I can get the car started?

Thanks

The serial to USB adapter is usually the problem, especially if its a cheapie.

I had three and when checked out by the IT manager at the school where I work, he threw two straight in the bin.

I think it's also a case that some of the drivers aren't compatible with mj. I have an adapter that works fine, just not with mj. You can get the engine started if you unplug the mj unit and run it on the edis at fixed 10degrees advance.
