I just cut slots in my old pin and made that into a reamer. Worked a treat.

Flat oot like a dukes fit!

I've done it on mine and my mates cars. If you take time making the reamer you get a good finish.

will make on tomorrow. i used to instal everething then gave it to my mate so he could ream them at work but his boss squeezed the ass tight and now they cant do outside jobs annymore. so its time to make do it myselve now. already have everething else to instal bearings and so on.

will try to make one thats a bist tapperd at the end so it centers itselve and cut in long angled slots. drill a hole on top so i can make it a bit longer with treathed bar. never tought at it but its a real good idea.

i used to have a pin in the toolbox that i made to use for reaming the bush, even had double locked nuts on the other end so i can use a socket ... really does work a treat
used it as a whacking stick once and well, now its only good to use as a whacking stick *happy*

Okey more pro like than what i made. (Take picks later) did power it with a drill at slow speed. Took me aprox 1 min to go through.

So this is it. Made the top a bit in a cone so it would centre and then cut in angled grooves with an angle grinder and a thinblade. Put in on a dril and let it turn slow with slight ppressure and some wd 40 sprayed in to keep it cooler. Basic yes but works like a treat. . It toke me 40 minutes to find the old axle 15 minutes to make one. Finally the rear arms ar assembled!
