Has anyone tapped one of the blanking bolts for the brake servo?
Had a search but couldn't find anything.
Was thinking if I do it this way should there be a problem I can just buy another blanking bolt and re-tap that as opposed to buying a new inlet manifold.

You can just get the 6 mm take off with what ever thread you that's needed mate, I will have a look in the shed latter, but I may have one you can have.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

Ok had a blonde moment, I know what you're referring to. But the main concern is not having enough material in the blanking bolt to tap for the adaptor, then cranking the boost to 20 psi and blowing the threads out.
This is like the one i have

Should be enough meat in that to hold it safely.

I drilled and tapped the servo take off bolt with no issue.

Hi mate, I am 90% sure I have what you are looking for at home mate, I run one fine with no problems. It replaces the bolt completely... When I shift this hang over (did not stop to 5) and drive home I will have a look for you lol.
